This space in historic, downtown Sumner, WA has been many things over the last 100+ years but honestly, she’s never looked better. We would love to introduce you to SoHo Event Loft, the multi-purpose, multi-use 1200 square foot event space brought to you by none other than your fave retreat - Solei & Co. Day Spa.
Concrete floors, brick walls, a ginormous fireplace, and those soaring 20-foot ceilings with exposed beams - it was love at first sight! We couldn't resist turning this gem into the hottest event spot in town. And trust us, once you step in, you'll be ready to throw down some serious celebrations too. So get ready to mix and mingle in style at SoHo Event Loft - where history and good vibes come together.

SoHo Loft can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the Event Rental Agreement. Guests can reschedule their event one time (within a specified period) without forfeiting their deposit.

Absolutely! There are no stairs and the entire event space is ADA friendly.

Actually…..no. Our space is best suited for adults and older kids. SoHo Event Loft is not “child-proofed” and cannot be.

For most events, there is a minimum rental period of 3 hours but there are exceptions. Maximum? We haven’t needed one yet but maybe you party toooooo hard…..we can talk about it.

Nope. No. Nada. Nah. Hell no.
People rent SoHo Event Loft because they love SoHo Event loft as it is. There are lots of big empty rooms that can be rented for events. We just aren’t one of them.

Come on now, your mama don’t work here. Set-up and clean-up need to be calculated in your rental period and paid for. We have cleaning guidelines for our event guests. Guests can choose to pay an additional fee if they would like us to clean up. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee if the space is not left to the standards outlined in the rental agreement.

Yes! Guests will need to acquire a banquet permit through the Washington State Cannabis and Alcohol Board. We recommend that our guests also hire a licensed bartender to serve alcohol to limit personal liability. Please remember to always drink responsibly.

Yes and no. Washington State law only allows packaged food or food prepared by licensed food vendors to be served at event venues. No homemade food or potlucks will be allowed. It really doesn’t matter what an amazing cook your Aunt Debbie is. We can provide a list of vendors we love to work with.
About the Space:
SoHo Event Loft is a 1200 square foot event space in the heart of historic, downtown Sumner, connected to Solei & Co. Day Spa. We are conveniently located near shops and restaurants and only 3 minutes from the Sounder train station. A massive dining table can seat 26, we have 2 soft seating areas, and our kitchen and dining area provides even more accommodations.
